BusinessWorks error, unable to write to BWUser.ini BWSYSTEM1400

Error: Unable to write to C:\Documents and Settings\…..\BWUser.ini (Server: servername; dB: BWSYSTEM1400)

• Copy a working user’s sage folder structure under C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Sage and copy it to the new user’s same location under Application Data, then try again.
• May also mean BW is not installed on this PC.
